We have a recurring booking with Allegra, who takes care of our two kids, aged 7 and 11, while we are in Sydney for a couple of months' stay. The job isn't the easiest, as our younger child doesn’t speak English, and the older one is quite shy about using it. However, Allegra has done a wonderful job!
She brought some games with her and has suggested various activities for the kids. She has been reading and playing with the younger child while the older one has been focusing on her schoolwork. Together, three of them have cooked a meal, visited a library and a museum, had a picnic in a park, and gone to a climbing centre. All these activities have not only involved watching the kids but also encouraging them to use English and become more comfortable with it.
The kids really enjoyed spending time with her. While our booking with Allegra continues, we can warmly recommend her to others.
