With formal experience across all age groups from tiny babies up to Kindy including stepping into a Lead Educator role in a child-led centre! I know how to create safe, structured and incredibly engaging environments. My care philosophy focuses on helping children express themselves in healthy ways and building strong meaningful connections with them. I specialise in child-led programming which means I love observing what your children are genuinely interested in and building fun tailored weekly activities around those themes. Creativity is a huge part of who I am! I love doing art activities with children and my personal passion for scrapbooking means I am always ready to bring fun hands-on and expressive craft projects to our shifts. I hold a valid QLD Blue Card, current First Aid & CPR certifications and a solid foundation in behavioral guidance and early years safety.
