Ellie is a great and bubbly person, I have worked with her in childhood for a few years and she is amazing with the children. She knows how to help them learn, and understands their needs at any time in the day.
Ellie is an amazing worker and is passionate when looking after children I have a 8 week old baby and she does so well with him.
My name is Celeste and I am a veterinarian. Miss Ellie was my son’s educator for 2 years at Centenary Daycare. She programmed fun and educational things for the children. She has a warm and energetic personality that makes her a pleasure to deal with and the children love her. She always gave me thoughtful feedback on my child’s day at pick up time which showed how attentive she was. She’s also confident, responsible and fun loving. I haven’t yet had a need for a babysitter but Ellie would be the one I would trust to look after my son, without a doubt.
Ellie enjoys working with children. She goes above and beyond to ensure the children are safe and secure, are learning and have all their needs met. Ellie works well with others and forms positive connections with her children and families. Ellie is able to work independently and completes tasks on time.
I worked alongside Ellie at Centenary Childcare. She was a lead educator in a toddlers room , with two assistant educators (myself being one of them). I witnessed the love and care Ellie has always shown the children she cares for and her love for the work she does. What more could one hope for in a caregiver for one’s children? She’s very knowledgable and practiced and she brings that experience (5 years experience altogether in childcare working with all age groups), an open heart and a sense of play to all children. She listens and allows children to take the lead in imaginative play. She also honours families schedules and norms and provides an extra level of safety by holding those routines and knowing their import. I have learnt a lot working alongside Ellie and admire the way she cares for children as if they were her own. I highly recommend her to anyone to provide a caring and nurturing nature to all children.

In my time working with Ellie she has always upheld professional standards in the workplace. She is reliable, efficient and dedicated to ensuring the children were receiving the best care and education they possibly can. Ellie made me feel very welcome when I first began working in childcare and is a great mentor for other new educators. She exceeded in her duties as a Lead Educator including creating and implementing an engaging, creative and educational program, caring for the children and meeting their needs, paperwork (children's portfolios, posting to parents/critical reflections), cleaning and collaborating with room staff as well as other educators. She has a bubbly and friendly personality and will be a great addition to your team!
Ellie has a strong nurturing nature to her and is able to express herself in many ways when it comes to children’s wellbeing. She is a strong advocate and has demonstrated her abilities to me for years. She is someone you can look up to and can confidently create greater relationships with children and families. I would entirely feel comfortable with Ellie caring for my little ones.. if I had children. 100% recommend her
