Hello, my name is Georgie, and for over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of caring for children. I’ve spent eight years as an early childhood educator and many years as a nanny for several wonderful families. Throughout my journey, I’ve cared for children ranging from three months to 16 years old. Crafting positive play environments tailored to their ages and abilities brings me immense joy. I believe in fostering spaces where children can freely express themselves, indulge in their imaginations, and explore their working theories through play. I am a registered teacher from New Zealand and hold a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning, specialising in early childhood education. Additionally, I maintain a current first aid certificate, child protection training, and a Working With Children’s Check. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under my care remains paramount. I work full-time as a teacher, so unfortunately, I am unable to commit to any work during weekdays. However, I am available on weekday evenings and all weekend. I would love to connect with local families to provide support where needed. I can bring an array of activities and resources to entertain your little ones and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged. Georgie was brilliant with our 5-year-old Jonah. She brought stickers and activities, wrote a special letter to Jonah to describe their evening together for Jonah to read later. She was incredibly warm and friendly, and Jonah said his favourite thing about her was the stickers haha. Such a natural with kids and we would love to see Georgie again!

We felt instantly at ease with Georgie who was excellent looking after our toddler and 7 month old. Georgie is warm, responsive and reliable. We’re looking forward to the next babysitting occasion with Georgie!
Georgie was fantastic with our girls. As soon as she walked through the door, she had the girls wrapped around her little finger. We had no issues leaving the house either, which was so great. The girls loved their time with Georgie and are still talking about her.
Georgie was amazing! She is friendly and easy going. We never had a babysitter for our 2 years old daughter before , but she managed to win her over and our daughter had a great time. She even put her to sleep which I thought would be difficult for the first time.
Georgie was wonderful with our son, built a quick bond and calmed him down before bed. Lovely to talk to and couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you!

It was great having Georgie look after our daughter. She came ready with some exercises that our daughter loved, making it a fun evening. Georgie is professional and caring, bringing her experience as a teacher into her sitting. We would happily have her again.
Georgie was wonderful with our 4 kids and they had lots of fun with her. She is friendly and took them to the park as well as bringing along activities for them. Georgie was flexible and happily extended her time when we were going to be a little longer than expected. We would definitely use Georgie again!
Georgie was punctual, engaging with our kids and could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had a relaxed worry free night out.
Great experience. Once of the best babysitters we have found. Kitchen was beautifully tidy and the kids want her back so must be amazing!
Georgie is an amazing, intelligent human and a very responsible and caring sitter - she is very comfortable with children and knows how to keep them stimulated and happy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting their children looked after, as she would always be our first choice in the future.
